Just thought I’d share this with you.
I’ve been struggling to copy the contents of my Plex folder onto an external USB to transfer to another NAS. It would get so far and then become unresponsive and stop copying.
Turns out that for large files the MyCloud Home doesn’t like the ExFat or FAT32 file systems.
After reformatting the USB to NTFS it’s copying the files over with no issues.
I know there are some out there that will say “I knew that” and give the technical reasons, but for the “Numpty’s” like myself I thought I’d post this.
