Advanced rma still not working after 3 years

I keep getting the error: Billing address not verified.

I keep getting the error: there was an error processing the request

I called, the reps get the same error as well, they dont know what to do. the card works FINE. the billing address matches the one in the account.

FIX YOUR RMA SYSTEM, let any kind of card to be USED holy ■■■■ its been years, I keep seeing posts every now and then… what is so hard to fix about this?
