Im trying to RMA my SSD BLUE 1TB and I get the error:
“BILLING ADDRESS NOT VERIFIED”
when I clearly RMA’d in the past with the same card… I tried over 3 cards and still the same for ADVANCED RMA, can you fix this already, I called in, 1h on call, the REP also had the same error, he says its cuz the address is diff on the card WHICH IS FALSE, Im so sick of this,
Then im told they dont offer AR RMA for SSD’s haha but as a 1 time exception adn the error again
