I am only backing up a few categories but my drive is showing 400Gb of ‘Additional Files’ and my drive is now full. What are these additional files and how do I get rid of them and be able to resume my backup?
this additional files are files that were transferred to the drive without smartware
also, this could be files added using an older version of smartware
when the software is updated they are categorized as additional files
the backup will start from the get go in this circumstances
