When I copy one folder from my Book ES 2tb to another external drive, the window says “Copying 3 Files” when in fact I only have two files on that folder. I tryied show hidden folders but nothing. Any Idea.

How are you selecting the files? Are you selecting all or selecting them individually?
How did you copy the files to the external drive manually or with software? did you see if therre are extra files there?
