Hello Folks,

I just setup my cloud and I see two additional drives after the public one.
The SmartDrive and TimeMachineBackup

Anyone can explain to me what’s that for?

Hi Francisco ,

Well, SmartWare and Timemachine are the software that helps you to backup your PC to My Cloud and vice-versa. SmartWare is compatible with Windows OS and Timemachine is compatible with Mac OS. Depending upon the OS you are using these shares utilizes the amount of space.
