I’ve spoke with 2nd level support. Still not improved. Over night its takes days now add new stuff to cloud. Use to take under 5 mins.
Also light is blinking super fast and yellow now on my cloud device. use to be blue.
@praise241 Do you know which device you own? A My Cloud Home does not have a yellow or blue LED, only white. If you go back to the WD Community and look at the photos next to each sub-forum, which one looks the most like what you own?
Resolved!!! 2nd Level support Gary. Got me back up and running. After trouble shooting for 10 mins. Gary said please reset your unit with a paper clip in back of unit. When I picked up unit. I realized. My
ETHERNET cord was loose. Just by pushing cord back in properly. Whoa. Blue light is back solid. Working like new. Thanks Gary. I
