Added USB now showing free space in windows

My MyCloud was running out of space. I purchased a USB drive to add space. Moved a bunch of files to the USB. However, windows are adding both drives used space as Used space for the both drive. IE: 3.2GB on drive 1 of 4GB + 0.8 GB on drive 1 of 4GB = Both drives showing 4GB used of 4GB. This is causing my system to report “No Space Available” on windows when trying to add files even though I have plenty of space.

Any idea how to fix this?


Check the USB Content Availability setting in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings. If enabled, disable it and see if the issue persists.
