Hi

i bought WD My Passport Ultra 1TB. Installed SmartWare etc. did the registration and got email with serial number and one more number (second number is just some number - cant do activate with that). However after 2 hours iam not able to upgrade to SmartWare Pro. Yes i thought that activation will be easy part. So the question is very simple. Who programmed that SmartWare and is he still alive? I need to know how the [Deleted] activate this product.
