I’ve searched the board and haven’t found a solution to my problem. I have a My Cloud and My Boof connected to my computer through a router and have mapped drives to several folders on them. I am not having any success installing it on my computer. I get a screen that says I must have at least one WD drive installed in my system. Do the networked drives not count?
Yes. The installer unpacks the software then gives me the message above.
Look at this and see if your My Cloud is in the list of Applicable Products.
