Acronis True Image file recovery shows error message

I am unable to recover my files on Acronis True Image. I selected my C drive to retrieve my files which only has 70.2 GB of data. About 5-10 minutes after starting this process, I keep getting this error message: Access denied. You are possibly trying to work with other files or folders when working with ‘Base.dll~06LS55QS’. I tried closing out of everything and starting over but that made no difference.
I have a 1 TB Passport Ultra, Serial Number WX21A44w3081
