Acronis software wont accept WD serial number

Can anyone help? I bough a WD SSD with Acronis True Image but the software wont accept the WD serial number.

I’m getting no response from the emails I sent to the Support section. And the 00800 numbers for Warranty and General Support do not work. Do yo have any other odeas?
