I have purchased a new WD 12TB Raid Drive Book Duo. Every time I try to start Acronis to set up a backup, if opens the Acronis screen and just sits there and spins. Occasionally the pointer will show up and when I click anywhere in the screen, the spinning will start again and may sit there another 20 or 30 minutes until the pointer shows back up and the cycle continues. I have spent hours trying to wait for Acronis to allow me to set up a backup. Has anyone had this problem, and if so what did you do to fix it? Thanks.
Just got the WD Book 6tb. Acronis is stalling and not working. I’m about ready to return it.
