Acronis Backup Software

When I tried my first backup with this software it worked. After 2 days I can’t complete a backup and get a red X with “Failed to lock the file. Check your connections.” error. Anyone been here?

What device are you backing up to? Did you download Acronis from here?

I backup to a My Cloud and, yes, I downloaded Acronis from WD website. It works fine on my wife’s PC but not on mine.
