Account Profile: add a "note box"

In the Account Profiles, add a text box (maybe under Preferred Language) in which a user can add a note or two.
This might help both staff and user, information wise…

In my case, I would add: Mobile Phone number has Landline number, as I do not have a Mobile Phone.

Information can often be of great help, such as in my case.
