Account demoted

I can’t access to my Home Duo. For some reason (I don’t know), my account was demoted and now I don’t have access via WD app or web. I have to enter the device code again and the WD app detects it as a new device, and ask me if I want to configure it as a new one (losing all my data) or as a configured one.
If I choose this last option, the app tells me that I have to ask permission to the owner (me).

Does somebody have this problem? Any help will be appreciated.
