bought another My Book to transfer files from my first My Book …accidently formatted the first My Book with all my files in it using the WD Quick Formatter app. Is there any way I can unformat to get back my files? Anybody can help?
You can’t “unformat it”. You’ll need a recovery software for the files thenselves, like Recuva, PhotoRec or TestDisk. If those can’t help you then try with a recovery company.
