Accessing mycloud after a windows error

Today I had windows problems. Those are solved with a restore…
but now I can’t access mycloud anymore with this computer

Get the following error:
… is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource…

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server…

I have done a factory reset, and even made a new user but it seems that it doesn’t allow me to access the “my cloud”

I have windows 10, and no problems to access mycloud from a different computer (with another username) and no problem to access on WD access.

What is going wrong?

This is probably the clue you need.

You need to unmap all network drives associated with the MyCloud, and then re-map them, specifying ‘connect using a different user name’, and specify your MyCloud username and password. Do this for each of the shares you wish to use.

The other possibility is to do with whether your network connection is set up as public or private. But I can’t remember the details, or which you want. Hopefully someone will chime in…
