Accessing my WD2GO from China

i can not access my WD2GO when I am in China.

there is no problem to go to the page where i can see ‘mybooklive’ but when i click on the icon my request is rejected again and again.

does anybody have the same experience and maybe knows a way to get around this problem?

Are you getting the same error if you use the WD2GO smartphone app?

Wonder if China is blocking you… hmmm?

Can you have someone outside China test it for you? VPN/Remote desktop would be some options.

Is someone working with WD2GO in China.
