Does anyone know why I cannot access my WD MyCloud using cellular data. Seems to work fine when on wifi.

Did you add the My Cloud using the Local Connection option, from login to MyCloud.com using the mobile app or Direct Access Code
What carrier network are you using?
Can you access if your iPhone is connected to a different wifi network?
If so, then your carrier may be filtering or blocking access.
Hi I’m not sure about the first question. How do I verify/check how I’m set up to connect? I searched setting and did not find that option.
My cell phone carrier is Verizon and my home internet is Cox.
