I have 3 TB my cloud drive. I log in and can see the that I have 1.3TB of Video and 65gig of other but I cannot access it. . I can see I have 1.6 free but I am not sure how to access the drive.
@mlopez60120 What devices and operating system are you using? One way to see your data is by going to files.mycloud.com .
Do you have a 1st or a 2nd generation My Cloud?

I have a Desktop and a Laptop Computer both with Windows 10. Using File Explorer and clicking on Network will get me to my My Cloud devices. See example image below. I have a cell phone and a tablet that I use the mobile app to see my data with.
