Perhaps a very dumb question…I expected to be able to access/open individual files on the WD that were downloaded from my laptop…something I could do on a previous smaller external hd just but clicking on the device icon…but can’t figure out how to do it on the Ultra WD. Also have no idea what a dropbox is. See, I told you…i’m ignorant.
Hi farnsworth, you should be able to access the files in the Passport Ultra in the same way that you used to access the older drive, can you share what problem are you having exactly?
