I have all my music in my public music folder. These are imported into my iTunes so I can listen to my music files (from the cloud) through iTunes.
However, when I’m on a network other than my home network it says it cannot find the files. How can I fix this?
Have you read the My Cloud User Manual (http://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) or the My Cloud Dashboard Help or the My Cloud Learning Center (http://mycloud.com/learn/?id=mycloud) to understand how remote access works and what it’s limitations are?
Generally for remote access you have to use either the MyCloud.com web portal, My Cloud Desktop program, the My Cloud mobile apps for iOS or Android, or the insecure FTP.
