Accessing Excel / Word Documents on My Book Live Using WD2GO

Hi.

When i log into WD2GO on my internet browser, then open up my documents… When I go to open a Word or Excel document I get presented with this screen…

I assumed it was my username & password on the MBL… Doesn’t work. I then thought it would be my user name & password for my computer… Doesn’t work.

So what on earth is it for ?

I can access all of my other Music / Photos / Videos with no problem. It’s solely  happens when I try to access Word / Excel documents…

Anyone have any ideas ?

try adding the domain

under the username field type mybooklive\user    <-user being what ever you username is

the the password field enter your password 

Example 

mybooklive\Agustin

password
