Accessed very slow

Hi All,

I have My Cloud Home 6 TB. I am connecting it via Laptop which is on wifi. Sometimes it works fine but sometimes it’s dead slow. I am not able to access the content during the time it is working very slow.

Please advise.

A Data protection software, Anti-Virus, deeply nested directory structures or a directory structure containing millions of tiny files could affect the performance.
