Access WDMCM from outside

Does anyone have a problem to access WDMCM from outside? Until one week ago everything works perfect.I was using this link https://wdmycloudmirror.deviceXXXXXX.wd2go.com/.

Now it’s not possible anymore.Any ideas? I didn’t change anything.
