Hi, I have a problem with my new My Book World 2TB. When I configure via webbrowser the response time is very Slow. Approx. 60s The hard drive has a fix IP-adress. I connect via the IP-adress. What is wrong? Thank you for your help.
Is this only the first time you are connecting? If the drive hasn’t been used for awhile it will go to sleep and it can take a bit for it to wake up. If this is occuing every time you try to access it, there might be a different issue entirely.
