Access via IP Address to copy files from an old one

Hi to everyone,
I have to move files from my old WD My Cloud to my new WD My Cloud Home.
I would use rsync from Unix terminal because it should be faster.
So I need to access my WD My Cloud Home with a parameter as:
user@192.168.1.234
But I can’t because I don’t know my user name and I can’t access my IP via FTP or web browser.
How can I use rsync form terminal?

Is there another fast way to move 3TB of storege from my old WD My Cloud to my new WD My Cloud Home?

Keep it on old My Cloud, return My Cloud Home, and buy something else!!

Exactly what I have done.
I’ve bought an USB drive and I will use Raspberry Pi for NAS configuration
