Access to share folders by outside users

Can outside users upload contents (e.g. video, photos, and other files) to a share folder? I gave access to a private share folder to a couple users, are these users able to upload files to a private share folder?

Yes! if you go to dashboard and go to the share. Select the user at the bottom and you can give them rights to either read/write, read only or no access.

You might want to review this post which I made about privacy. If you store sensitive and private information on WD My Cloud it’s not really secure.
