I created a few years ago a private folder with a password.
I had few problems to access, generally resolved by a reboot, but it globally works efficiently.
I contact you today because I have a global problem with my accounts and accesses.
Indeed :

I can’t connect to my private folder with my accounts (I had the good password and I also tried to create a new user with access… no more with this one)

I also have problem to connect to my public part (with my usual link on desktop) > it also ask me for a user/password and all my attempts are ko

Nevertheless, I still can access to this public area with other link or other equipements such as my tv
Could you me to access to my private part please ?
