I recently purchased a MyCloud home. It worked well for a few days on my mac and personal devices, but can no longer be accessed from the mac. I have restarted the device and reinstalled the WD Discovery software. The message from WD Discovery is

This subforum, My Cloud, generally discusses a completely different device (single bay/single drive My Cloud).
@adiggle If your not sure of which device you own check the Learning Center and look at them.
