Access to my cloud home

Hi,

I have a device like the subject, single disc, with Plex installed.
It happens to me that each time the device is updated or the Plex itself, the server of the latter stops working and can not see anything in it.
The only thing that fixes the mess is to disable plex and re-enable, but this entails a total uninstall of the application, with its libraries, playlists, bbdd and everything, that is, I do not see it as a solution every time something happens .

Is there any solution?
If not, does anyone know how I can get to the Plex installation directories to make a backup when I’m interested? It seems that the folders shared by the network unit are data only, and the installation ones must be in another user that I do not have access to or something …
