Access probems with My Cloud Home

I am having problems again accessing My Cloud Home from the iPhone and iPad app via the internet. I have no problem accessing with my laptop on my home network and use to have good connectivity via the internet before the last update. I am wondering if this is something to do with the sleep mode. The WD Drive Utilities also does not see my ‘My Cloud Home’ for the same reason. Can you please advise how to access the drive settings and alter the sleep mode. Currently the only way to resolve this issue is to reboot the drive by switching the power off and then back on again!!
