Access local files in plex server

My plex server is configured in a storage wd western, but you can only find movie files on the server itself.

I would also like to sync a folder located on google drive using the gdrive file stream, but in library settings it is not possible to set local imac addresses only on the server.

Is there a way for me to achieve this?
