Hi all, I bought the storage device two weeks ago and I’m trying now to configure it for usage in our home network as well from outside. Access with apps works fine. But I try to get access via www.wd2go.com. I can see the storage, but by trying to access the drive I’m rerouted to a wd webpage for software. I thought I can access the drive from web as well 
How can I access it via browser from outside? Thanks for your help - all the bes from Germany
You posted in the My Cloud forum, but I am guessing you have either the Mirror, EX2 or EX4?
Those don’t work with WD2go.com web access, only via apps.
