I have my myCloud 3To connected to the network. To the same routeur, my TV is also connected.
How can I access the myCloud from my TV?
The TV offers to add a new device. When I do that, it offers me many options (computer, video game console, Blu ray, etc) so I choose “Other” because there is nothing like network hard drive.
Then it asks me to choose the connection mode and here I’m stuck: HDMI, VGA, etc… it’s only Ethernet but it’s not in the list.
You say your TV is connected to the same router, what kind of cable is connected from the router to the TV? Does your TV connect to the internet and has a browser?
Ethernet cable from TV to routeur, and same for the mycloud, ethernet to routeur.
And from what I searched, there is no browser, only an interface to “access to the network”, but… once connected, nothing inside, it doesn’t recognize anything…
May be this depends on Philips support more than WD?

Edit: Oops, I repeated my post, sorry, delete it please =)
No, I got scammed. The TV I have doesn’t have this menu. The menu is different. It doesn’t propose “Smart TV” or “Browse Network” but only YouTube. I told the sellers but they don’t care. What can I do. Thanks guys for your answers =)
