Access Error: 404 -- Not Found

I am having problem to connect remotely to my Book® Live™ Duo. (cloud) I have activated all settings. It works fine within the studio network but such as Mac Book, I Pad etc but I can’t connect from outside. As soon I go to the remote access site I select share and I will get the following message:

Access Error: 404 – Not Found

Any idea?

You might need to activate port forwarding on your router to make sure that you have permission to access to your network.
