I have a My Cloud Home.
Recently, I had to switch to fiber optic and a new wireless router was installed. The device was hooked up to the router and all the folders and files are visible.
However, when attempting to open either a PowerPoint, Word or Excel file an Access Denied Contact Your Administrator pops up on both my laptop and PC.
I can open any other type of file, i.e. PDF or JPED from the device.
I have the My Cloud app on my phone and all the files open just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
