Hello

I am on Mac and get to the dashboard of my My Cloud Ultra EX2. I have tried http://mycloudex2ultra.local/ with no luck. I have looked at the resource guides and the links they post but I keep getting errors. I have tried in both Safari and Chrome

Does anyone know how to access the dashboard? I can access the remote/sharing site fine, but need to access to the admin dashboard

what happens when you enter the IP-address of your MyCloud Ultra in the browser window?

Hi iGeorg,

You can also use IP address of My Cloud device to access dashboard. Make sure, your computer must be connected on the same network with which your My Cloud device is connected.
