Access Dashboard remotely

Hello:

I have my WD MyCloud with manual configuration,  I set port forward option 8080 and 8443 and open this ports on my router and the interfaces says me that all it is right.

But if I want enter to dashboard remotely using http://myurl:8080/UI

I see this error:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /UI on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is possible access outside my local network

Hi jmolg, sorry but remote access to the My Cloud dashboard is currently not supported.

Can’t belive it. Remote access was one of the main feature I expected from the device…

This may be semantics… you want remote access… but you said you wanted remote access to the dashboard??

It has remote acess to the drive… just not to the dashboard.
