Access blocked

Trying to setup Mycloud drive with Sonos and got locked out. (to many log in attempts) Can log in from PC but can not unlock account for Sonos.
Is there anywhere I can reopen the account, cant see one for looking or am i going to have to format the thing because if so that is a big job
