Got a big problem. Mycloud device died 
, put it in a externel case, pluged that in the USB of my new MyCloud Mirror. I can acces the public map, no troubles. But i have a not public map… there starts the troubles. Acces is denied because im not the owner. Can anybody please help me on how to get acces to the files in that map???

Please describe your concern. Are you able to access or map Public folder from My Cloud ?
