AC3 audio support

Hi,

Am trying to play my hi-def files and for some of them, while the video plays well, the audio doesn’t play at all. On further investigation, I discovered this was because of error “8192” - the AC3 codec. This is true whether the file is mkv or divx or avi. Is there any way I can get my files to play with audio?

I have a WD HD Media player - Generation 1, with the latest firmware installed.
