AC1300 Port Forwarding Issues

I purchased this router a few months ago, and have been having issues getting port forwarding to work. I have already tried a factory reset, every single past update, and DMZ mode, none of which work. The only response from WD that I have seen is canned responses, with no solution, or promises of an update after users confirm that the problem still exists after going through all the generic troubleshooting procedures. If this issue isn’t fixed soon I will be purchasing a new router, and staying away from Western Digital for good. This lack of communication on such a major issue is unacceptable.
