About a fold turns 'public' off

I set “full access” to myself. I found following problems

  1. Can’t access this fold on my computer in same network using windows explore
  2. Can’t stream videos inside it under Android

I think if I want to access this fold, just ask me username and password that will be better.

I do not understand the implications in this thread. Folder share permissions are tied to Dashboard accounts. When an account is set to private it should ask you for your username and password in order to access the share, and will reject access to Users not allowed within the Dashboard.
