Have a option to be able to have the drive status LEDs off by default on the DL4100, but flash when a drive is active. At the moment the drive status LEDs are on by default.
Actually, it is. While I’ve been having a look at the firmware, it seems for another NAS features are turned on or off.
So, the EX and DL NASs that don’t have the LCD seem to still have the code to control the LCD, but the routines are simply turned off.
It would be nice to have this feature. Saves putting black insulation take to cover the LEDs.
