A product that defeats its purpose

The only reason I signed up is to say that this product is a HUGE disappointment. It seems the goal was to riddle the home cloud idea with transfer, connectivity and sharing issues in favor of trivial features.

And what to say of the countless dated and unaddressed issues on the community?

I’d say update firmware, but obviously no one is listening. Money well wasted. Will sell it off…
