I cannot get this thing to work on my desktop computer, I have been able to set it up to work when connected to my TV, but now I want to transfer downloaded movies to the Hub and have had no success at all.
I have downloaded WD Discovery to my computer, but when I try to use it, it asks for a password, I don’t remember setting a password for this.
I need to be taken by the hand and guided through the process. is there anyone here with the patience required to guide me through the learning curve.
