A mistake when registering my product on the website


I entered the wrong purchase date for my product when I was trying to register my product. Instead of 2015, I bought my WD Element External Hard Disk at 26 October 2014. I’m afraid that this might affect my warranty because I am trying to submit a RMA. What should I do?
