Please can you take a look at the product you have produced and fix every single feature to make them work like any normal person would expect. a few examples are below
Allow me to actually sync my OneDrive, not just blame Microsoft for this, work with them to make it work, being able to sync for 1 hour is not enough
Allow me to sync my desktop and documents folders from wherever they are stored not the just the default location
Allow me to move offline files to my bigger second drive on my PC or Mac
Allow me to point Plex to any folder on my drive not the ones you want me to, like any other plex server does
I could go on but almost every feature this device has does not work in the way you would expect it to work.
